1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how ROOKIE RIDES, Inc. (“Rookie Rides”) will gather, use, and maintain your Personal Information on the Rookie Rides Platform. It will also explain your legal rights with respect to that information.

By using the Rookie Rides Platform, you confirm that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use (together referred to herein as the “Agreement”). The Agreement governs the use of the Rookie Rides Platform. Rookie Rides will collect, use, and maintain information consistent with the Agreement.

2. General Terms

In this Privacy Policy:

• ROOKIE RIDES, Inc. may be referred to as "Rookie Rides," “we,” “our,” or “us.”

• “Terms of Use” refers to our Terms of Use, which can be found here. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and considered a part of, the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here will have the meaning assigned to them in our Terms of Use.

• Within the Privacy Policy, we call a user of the Rookie Rides Platform a “User,” “Users,” “you,” or “your.”

• All websites owned and operated by Rookie Rides, including www.rookierides.com, and related services, information or communications are collectively referred to as the “Rookie Rides Platform.”

3. Information Collection

Information you provide to Rookie Rides

Through your interaction with the Rookie Rides Platform, Rookie Rides collects certain personally identifiable information about you, including information that can identify, relate to, describe, be associated with you, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you (“Personal Information”). Examples of Personal Information that Rookie Rides collects include but are not limited to:

Contact or Registration Information. This may include your first and last name, postal address, email address, or username, password and other account credentials (if any).

Content Information. You also may choose to send to Rookie Rides certain Personal Information in an email or other communication containing inquiries about the Rookie Rides Platform and we use this information in order to help us respond to your inquiry.

Marketing-related information, such as your preferences and choices for receiving communications about our offers, promotions, activities, events, and publications, and details about how you engage with our communications.

4. Information Rookie Rides Collects Automatically

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Rookie Rides Platform. The categories of information we automatically collect and have collected, including in the last 12 months, are as follows:

Service Use Data, including data about features you use, pages you visit, portions of the Rookie Rides Platform that you view and interact with, the time of day you visit or browse, and your referring and exiting pages.

Device Data, including data about the type of device or browser you use, your device’s operating system, your internet service provider, your device’s regional and language settings, and device identifiers such as IP address. When you visit and interact with the Rookie Rides Platform, Rookie Rides may collect certain information automatically through cookies or other technologies, including, but not limited to, the type of computer or mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your computer or mobile device, your operating system, the type(s) of internet browser(s) you use, and information about the way you use the Rookie Rides Platform (“Device Information”). We may use Device Information to monitor the geographic regions from which Users navigate the Rookie Rides Platform, and for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Location Data, including imprecise location data (such as location derived from an IP address or data that indicates a city or postal code level). We will not share your location information obtained in this manner with other users of the Rookie Rides Platform.

Cookies and similar technologies are described in Section 13 of this Privacy Policy, including different categories of cookies and similar technologies that the Rookie Rides Platform uses and why we use them.

5. Rookie Rides Use of Information

We collect and use information for business and commercial purposes in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Our business purposes for collecting and using information include:

• To operate and make available the Rookie Rides Platform. We use your data to enable your access to the Rookie Rides Platform and to fulfill our services to you;

• To analyze Rookie Rides Platform usage as necessary for our legitimate interest in improving the Rookie Rides Platform to grow our business;

• To contact you and deliver administrative notices relevant to your use of the Rookie Rides Platform, with your consent when required under applicable law, as necessary, for our legitimate interests in proper communication and engagement with our Users;

• To provide you with customer support;

• For internal market research for our legitimate interests in improving the Rookie Rides Platform and growing our business;

• For troubleshooting problems for our legitimate interests in ensuring a safe and secure environment in which Users can utilize the Rookie Rides Platform;

• To enforce our Terms of Use and our legitimate interests in ensuring our Agreement is complied with; and

• To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may use your personal information to process and deliver contest entries and rewards, and send you Rookie Rides-related marketing communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications as described in the Opt out of marketing section below;

• Analytics and Market Analysis. Rookie Rides may analyze information as necessary for our legitimate interests in providing a relevant experience, and promoting and growing the Rookie Rides Platform through lawful marketing efforts;

• Call recordings. Calls to or from Rookie Rides may be monitored and recorded for the purposes of quality control and training. Such calls may contain Personal Information;

• As otherwise set forth in the Agreement.

6. Information Sharing

We only share the information we collect about you as described in this Privacy Policy or as described at the time of collection or sharing, including as follows:

Third Party Agents. To operate the Rookie Rides Platform, we may share your Personal Information with our agents, representatives, vendors and service providers (“Third Party Agents”) so they can provide us with support services as follows:

• Data analytics;

• Website hosting;

• Technical support;

• Information security services;

• To otherwise help us provide the Rookie Rides Platform.

Legal Obligations. Rookie Rides and our Third Party Agents may disclose your Personal Information or User Content to courts, law enforcement, governmental or public authorities, tax authorities or authorized third parties, if and to the extent required or permitted to do so by law or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with Rookie Rides’ legal or regulatory obligations; (ii) respond to a court order, warrant or subpoena; (iii) respond to a valid legal request relating to an investigation into alleged criminal or illegal activity; or (iv) respond to or address any other activity that may expose us to legal or regulatory liability.

Rookie Rides reserves the right to disclose Personal Information from both private and public areas of the Rookie Rides Platform in the absence of a court order, warrant, or subpoena, to the extent permitted by applicable law, if we are given reason to believe, in our sole discretion, that someone is or may cause injury to or interfere with the rights of Users, the general public, or Rookie Rides or its Affiliates.

It is our policy to provide notice to Users before producing their information in response to law enforcement requests unless (i) we are prohibited or otherwise constrained by law or court order from doing so, (ii) we have reason to believe the User’s account has been compromised such that the notice would go to the wrong person, or notice would otherwise be counterproductive or would create a risk to safety, or (iii) it is an emergency request and prior notice would be impractical (in which case we may provide notice after the fact).

Merger or Acquisition. Rookie Rides reserves the right to share information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any proposed or actual merger, purchase, sale, or any other type of acquisition or business combination of all or any portion of our assets, or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another business.

Public Areas. To the extent you submit any User Content in any public areas or forums of the Rookie Rides Platform, such User Content, including any Personal Information you choose to reveal, will be visible to other Users.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may request the removal of your Personal Information from our databases, or deactivate your account (if any), by contacting us via email at tom@rookierides.com, or you can write to us at PO Box 53 Benson MD 21018.

Opt-out of marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email. You may continue to receive any service-related and other non-marketing emails.

8. Rookie Rides’ Information Retention Policy

We retain personal data for as long as you are a User in order to meet our obligations to you, and for such longer period as may be in our legitimate interests and to comply with our legal obligations. We may also retain data from which you cannot directly be identified, for example where stored against a randomly-generated identifier so we know the data relates to a single User, but we cannot tell who that User is. We may use this kind of data for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services; we take appropriate measures to ensure you cannot be re-identified from this data.

9. Rookie Rides’ Security of Collected Information

Rookie Rides implements and maintains reasonable administrative, physical, and technical security safeguards to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you.

10. Notification of Changes

Rookie Rides’ Privacy Policy is periodically reviewed and amended as necessary. This Privacy Policy might change as Rookie Rides updates and expands the Rookie Rides Platform, and as may be needed to comply with any applicable law or regulation. Rookie Rides will endeavor to notify you of any material changes by email, by placing a prominent notice on the Rookie Rides Platform, and/or by updating any privacy policy information on this page. Rookie Rides also encourages you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Rookie Rides Platform is a general audience site and does not offer services directed to individuals under 18 years of age.

No one under the age of 18 may provide any information to or on the Rookie Rides Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Rookie Rides Platform or on or through any of its features, do not register on the Rookie Rides Platform, use any of the interactive areas or features on the Rookie Rides Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. We do not knowingly gather personal information (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act, or “COPPA”) in a manner not permitted by COPPA.

Should an individual whom we know to be under the age of 18 send personal information to us, we will delete or destroy such information as soon as reasonably possible. We will remove all such data and information data.

13. Cookie Policy

Rookie Rides uses cookies, unique identifiers and other similar technologies to distinguish you from other users of our Rookie Rides Platform, provide our services to you, help collect data and to improve our Rookie Rides Platform.

When you visit one of our Sites, your browser may automatically transmit information to the Site throughout the visit. In a similar way, when you use our Apps, we will access and use mobile device IDs to recognize your device. We use “cookies” and equivalent technologies to collect information through our Sites and Apps.

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to decline or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you will need to instruct each browser separately. Your ability to limit cookies is subject to your browser settings and limitations. Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on your device that act as a unique tag to identify your browser.

Persistent cookies help with personalizing your experience, remembering your preferences, and supporting security features. Persistent cookies may remain on your device for extended periods of time, and generally may be controlled through your browser settings. We use persistent cookies that only Rookie Rides can read and use, and access mobile device IDs to:

• save your login information for future logins to the Rookie Rides Platform; and

• track user preferences.

Session cookies make it easier for you to navigate the Rookie Rides Platform and expire when you close your browser. We use session ID cookies and similar technologies to:

• enable certain features of the Rookie Rides Platform;

• better understand how you interact with the Rookie Rides Platform;

• monitor usage by our Users and web traffic routing on the Rookie Rides Platform; and

• identify visited areas of the Rookie Rides Platform.

Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Rookie Rides Platform and then close your browser.

Flash Cookies

We may use flash cookies to personalize and enhance your visit. Via flash cookies we may store your preferences or display content based upon what you view on the Rookie Rides Platform to personalize your visit.

Pixel Tags

We and our Third Party Agents may use "pixel tags” (sometimes referred to as "web beacons or "clear GIFs"). These or similar technologies are tiny graphic images and/or blocks of code with a unique identifier that are used to understand browsing activity and/or determine whether a specific action was performed.

These are used by Rookie Rides or our Third Party Agents in connection the Rookie Rides Platform to, among other things, track the actions of Users and compile statistics about such usage.

Third Party Cookies

Third party cookies are placed by someone other than Rookie Rides. These third parties may gather browsing activity across multiple websites and multiple sessions. Third party cookies are usually persistent cookies and are stored until you delete them or they expire based on the duration set in respect of each third party cookie.

Your Choices and Managing Cookies

You can adjust your browser settings to enable you to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from any website you visit, including the Rookie Rides Platform. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions or all functionalities of the Rookie Rides Platform.

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. Note, however, there is currently no industry consensus as to what site and app operations should do with regard to these signals. Accordingly, unless and until the law is interpreted to require us to do so, we do not monitor or take action with respect to “Do Not Track” signals. 14. Nevada Privacy Rights

Rookie Rides does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration to trigger the opt-out requirements under Nevada law.
